College Grad Session at Northeastern University-Boston Graduation Photography

Finishing grad school is no small feat—and for this Northeastern University graduate, it was the end of a rewarding journey in computer science. To celebrate, we documented this milestone with a graduation session right on campus, surrounded by the people who supported him most: his mom and girlfriend.

We planned the session at iconic spots on Northeastern’s campus to reflect where he spent so much of his time during the program. From the brick walkways to classic Boston backdrops, we made sure to highlight the university’s personality while also letting his joy and personality shine through.

One of the best parts of this session? Including his mom and girlfriend in a few special shots. I always encourage grads to bring loved ones along—this moment is theirs to celebrate, too!

Even with the nerves that sometimes come with being in front of the camera, he completely relaxed once we got going. A few jokes, some candid prompts, and just letting him be himself brought out genuine smiles and laughter. (And yes—those are always the best photos!)

Graduation photos should be more than just a formality. They should capture the pride, excitement, and love that go into earning a degree. This college grad session at Northeastern University felt exactly like that: full of heart. If you’re graduating soon and want photos that celebrate your story—not just your cap and gown—let’s make it happen. I’d love to help you capture the moment in a way that feels true to you.

Getting your photos taken can be stressful - but they shouldn't be! My goal is for you to have a fun, laid-back session filled with smiles, laughter, and connection.

My own kids - 7 year old boy/girl twins - have given me a lot of experience in working with kids and toddlers. I've learned that the key is to go with the flow and make the session fun.
